Upground offers you premium finishes and amenities. Among them, we are proud of the solid wood or triple layer parquet made by the Bauwerk brand (Switzerland), respectively with the Schuco brand aluminum joinery windows. But not only.

The bathrooms are equipped with Grohe batteries and Cersanit sanitary ware, while the washbasin is made of composite material or marble.

The apartments are equipped with anti-theft entry doors made of metal dressed in veneered wood and are provided with aluminum handles. The interior doors are dressed in wood veneered with oak, walnut or wenge shades and have aluminum hardware.

The balconies are illuminated and tiled with low temperature resistant tiles, being provided with 1.2 m high stainless steel railing and protective glass.
